Rates
Thank you for considering Whole Counseling. The current rate for online couples counseling is $285 for a 70-minute session.
Please note that I do not take insurance, but that you can and should submit these sessions to your behavioral health insurance provider. See FAQ and Help Submitting Insurance tabs for more information regarding payments and claims
Online couples counseling sessions are paid with an initial $75 fee, with the rest of the payment of $210 to be paid after the session is completed. This $75 is nonrefundable.
Discounts
A 15% discount is offered whenever 3 or more sessions are paid in full, in advance. For instance, for 3 sessions paid in advance the total cost would be 15% off the standard $855 or $726.
Cancellation
Please call or email Bill as soon as you know if you need to cancel or change your appointment. You can reschedule your session without penalty if you provide sufficient notice, typically at least 48 hours. Please note though the $75 initial payment will be used to hold the new time and is not refundable.
